Spirit of the Staithes
A series of community design meetings led by artist Simon Packard helped to develop his conceptual designs for 'The Spirit of the Staithes', a large-scale sculpture standing on Blyth's refurbished historic Staithes, once an integral part of the areas' coal industry.
