Hartlepool Police Headquarters
'Visions of Hartlepool' is a permanent photographic commission for the public entrance to the police station.
Presented as a series of illuminated panels depicting the contemporary re-invention of the town, the work aims to create a series of imaginary and magical windows which puncture the solid architecture of the building.
