The Delegation
Installed at the entrance to Rainton Bridge South Business Park 'The Delegation' helps to point people to Sunderland City Council’s new E-volve Centre, part of the Sunderland Software City initiative.
The figures all have faces with different profiles, designed to appear as if they are a procession of delegates. Each evening the seven glass ‘heads’ are lit from inside and glow towards the sky.
