Arts Council England, North East
When Arts Council England, North East relocated to Central Square, opportunities were identified by Commissions North to engage regional artists to produce high quality functional works throughout the offices and conference rooms.
The screen in reception is by artist Stephen Newby who also created a cover for the pillar in reception and waste paper bins around the office.
