When Arts Council England, North East relocated to Central Square, opportunities were identified
by Commissions North to engage regional artists to produce high quality functional works throughout the offices and conference rooms.
The reception seating by textile artist Ali Rhind combines the traditional skills of 'proggy' matting with a contemporary approach to colour.
